Ayers Pool Project
This project blends modern design with a relaxed outdoor settings, creating a space that feels both refined and connected to its surroundings. Completed in collaboration with Evolve Design and Build, the pool features Daltile tile and a Wet Edge plaster finish for a clean, polished look.
A custom 12-foot waterfall curtain, integrated into the outdoor kitchen pavilion, adds movement and a unique focal point, tying the pool seamlessly into the adjacent living space. The matching outdoor kitchen and fireplace continue the modern aesthetic, creating a cohesive, resort-like environment for both relaxation and entertaining.
Surrounding greenery softens the space and helps blend the design into the backyard and surrounding sound views, giving it a natural and effortless feel. Behind the scenes, Hayward, Paramount, AquaStar, and Waterco equipment and components ensure reliable performance to match the design.
During construction, we purposefully over-excavated the site in order to completely frame the pool form system to best keep the sandy soils at bay. Being in an area with a high water table and close to the sound, we also had to closely monitor the site for excess water that needed to be removed, which made our dewatering processes essential.
