Lynn Pool Project

This project was a complete renovation from the ground up. Driven by the need to correct a previously failed pool installation that had been built without proper engineering, Artisan Pools NC was brought on to correct the original structure’s defects and redesign the pool to meet current industry standards.

Working closely with architects, engineers, and in coordination with The Coastal Cottage Company, we reimagined the pool and spa so that it could reach its full potential both structurally and visually. Given the site conditions, this was a major undertaking, as the previous pool shell required full removal and we had to navigate continuous dewatering of approximately 1.4 million gallons per day throughout construction.

The finished pool features a polished Wet Edge Primera Stone interior, Lunada Bay glass tiles, and Marmiro Stone coping and pavers, bringing together durability and a timeless, refined look.

What was once a failing structure is now a properly engineered, fully rebuilt pool designed to perform and last a lifetime.
